What you’ll do
- Deliver advanced Kubernetes support, cluster provisioning, scaling, security
- Troubleshoot production issues: performance, pod scheduling, ingress, storage, security
- Guide customers onboarding, migrations, Kubernetes adoption
- Escalate high‑impact issues, coordinate with Engineering, Product
- Design scalable, resilient, secure Kubernetes architectures
- Mentor junior engineers, contribute docs, playbooks, automation
- Partner cross‑functionally to shape support strategy, feature needs
- Use observability tools to diagnose bottlenecks
What you’ll bring
- 4–7+ years technical support, SRE, DevOps, or cloud engineering
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
- Hands‑on Kubernetes cluster management, deployments, troubleshooting
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes components (API server, etcd, scheduler, controller manager, kubelet)
- Solid Linux, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems foundation
- Strong networking: Kubernetes networking, ingress, load balancing, storage (PVC, CSI)
- Expertise troubleshooting across application, container, infrastructure layers
- Customer‑first mindset, high‑pressure business‑critical support
- Strong communication, independent ownership, cross‑team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience with managed Kubernetes platforms (DOKS, EKS, GKE, AKS) and multi‑cloud or hybrid environments
- Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools: Terraform, Helm, Ansible
