About the role
Field Service Engineer on Agilent Technologies Services & Support team, delivering on‑site installation, maintenance and repair of multi‑vendor hardware, software and networking solutions. Works closely with customers to diagnose issues, provide preventive maintenance advice and ensure system performance, while collaborating with internal Support, Sales, Marketing and R&D groups. Based in New Delhi, India with a hybrid model involving extensive travel (75% of the time) and day shifts.
