What you’ll do
- Provide on‑site installation, training, repair and maintenance of medical equipment
- Engage with customers to deliver technical support and build relationships
- Collaborate with sales and dealer teams to enhance business growth
- Negotiate and secure service contracts and spare part sales
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools
- Document technical activities in field service reports and CRM
- Mentor junior engineers and support area technical managers
