What you’ll do
- Operate and maintain scientific computing environments
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and legacy codebases
- Troubleshoot performance and application issues
- Apply ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management
- Propose innovative improvements to workflows and efficiency
- Collaborate with business users to define project requirements
- Provide day-to-day production support and incident resolution
- Participate in Agile development and DevOps initiatives
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years Linux/RedHat system administration
- Experience with HPC clusters and scheduling
- Automation using Ansible, Puppet, Bash/Python
- AI coding assistants (Copilot, Gemini) for automation
- Cloud experience, preferably AWS
- ITIL process implementation
- Stakeholder management and user support
