About the role
Group Process Office (GCOO) Business Process Intelligence team at Lloyds Technology Centre drives consistent, governed, data‑driven process management across the organisation. The Lead Technology Application Specialist provides technical leadership for BPMN modelling, process mining and SaaS tooling, owns the technical backlog and ensures standards, governance and risk controls are applied. Hyderabad, hybrid (3 days onsite), relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Own and prioritize technical backlog for BPI capability
- Act as technical authority for BPMN, process mining and task mining
- Ensure consistent application of modelling standards and guardrails
- Provide oversight of SaaS platform configuration, access and governance
- Maintain controls, documentation and audit evidence
- Identify and manage risks associated with process tooling
- Lead engagement with LTC delivery teams
- Build relationships with business partners to drive adoption
