About the role
Applications Support team at Citigroup drives reliable operation of equity derivatives production systems. The Lead Analyst partners with technology and product teams to design enhancements, resolve complex issues, and lead incident management while mentoring junior analysts. What you’ll do
- Partner with multiple technology teams to integrate functions and define system enhancements
- Analyze existing system logic, identify problems, and implement solutions
- Document requirements and scope for high‑impact application changes
- Identify risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues and propose mitigations
- Coach and allocate work to junior analysts
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years experience
- Strong technical skills: Windows, Unix, SQL, infrastructure, cloud
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets and risk management
- Effective communication with diverse audiences
- Lead incident management calls
