Wealth Data & Analytics (DnA) Production Management team builds a unified data platform supporting Citi Private Bank, Citi Gold, and Wealth at Work. The Application Support Technology Lead Analyst stabilizes and enhances this high‑impact infrastructure, partnering with technology teams, product owners, and analysts to resolve issues, improve performance, and ensure compliance. Shivaji Gardens, Moonli, India, on-site, full‑time.

What you’ll do

• Partner with multiple technology teams to integrate functions and define system enhancements
• Analyze system logic, identify problems, and implement solutions
• Document requirements and scope for high‑impact application enhancements
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and systems analysts on impact and support needs
• Identify risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues and propose mitigations
• Coach lower‑level analysts and allocate work
• Perform in‑depth analysis to develop innovative solutions

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years application production support in financial industry
• Experience with call/ticketing software
• Hadoop/Big Data platform (Cloudera, HDFS, Hive, Impala, Spark, YARN, Kafka, Neo4j, Couchbase)
• 4-6 years Linux administration
• SQL experience with RDBMS
• Autosys scheduling knowledge
• UNIX shell scripting, Python or PERL
• Microsoft OS and Office expertise
