About the role
Weatherford International Operations – Field Services team delivers safe and efficient tubular running services for offshore drilling. The Field Specialist III operates, inspects, maintains and troubleshoots TRS equipment on offshore rigs, mentors junior crew, and ensures compliance with HSE and quality standards. Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India, on-site work model, rotational offshore schedules required.
What you’ll do
- Operate, inspect, maintain and troubleshoot TRS equipment on offshore rigs
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and operational procedures
- Mentor and train junior field specialists and crew members
- Maintain accurate operational reports and service documentation
- Coordinate with client representatives, drilling crews and offshore personnel
