What you’ll do

  • Lead QA on complex engagements, owning test strategy
  • Architect, build, evolve automation frameworks
  • Solve hard technical problems: test architecture, flaky tests, CI/CD, environment
  • Set technical direction for QA: tooling, approach, structure
  • Drive shift‑left practices, embed quality early
  • Design & execute test strategies across UI, functional, integration, API, accessibility, regression
  • Mentor & elevate QA engineers
  • Innovate with AI tools, explore next QA approaches
  • Communicate technical recommendations & trade‑offs to clients & teams
  • Participate in client forums: demos, triage, release calls, discussions
  • Contribute to QA community knowledge sharing
