What you’ll do
- Lead QA strategy and automation for complex engagements
- Architect, build, evolve reusable automation frameworks
- Resolve hard technical issues: test architecture, flaky tests, CI/CD, environment
- Set technical direction: tooling, approach, structure
- Drive shift‑left practices, embed quality in requirements and design
- Design and execute UI, functional, integration, API, accessibility, regression tests
- Mentor and elevate QA engineers through collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Innovate with AI tools to accelerate testing and explore next‑gen solutions
- Communicate technical recommendations and trade‑offs to clients and teams
- Participate in client forums: demos, triage, release calls, technical discussions
- Contribute to QA community knowledge sharing
What you’ll bring
- Proven automation architecture and problem‑solving track record
- Solid experience testing complex transactional environments
- Proficient in Playwright and TypeScript
- Designed frameworks from scratch, not just tests
- Comfortable full‑stack: web, native, API, backend, logs, data
- Hands‑on AI‑assisted dev tools (Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf)
