About the role

What you’ll do

  • Lead and mentor QA engineers across projects
  • Define and implement test strategies, plans, and QA processes
  • Drive functional, regression, integration, UAT, and automation testing
  • Establish and improve test automation frameworks
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders
  • Manage defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality metrics
  • Monitor testing progress, risks, and release readiness
  • Support production releases and post‑release validation

What you’ll bring

  • 8+ years software testing experience
  • 2+ years leading QA teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Hands‑on automation with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress
  • API testing using Postman or Swagger
  • Strong SQL and database testing skills
  • Agile/Scrum delivery experience
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
