About the role

The Staff/Senior Staff Physical Design Floorplan & PDN Lead architects chip‑level floorplans and power delivery networks for complex SoCs, drives PPA trade‑offs, and creates automated flows for the implementation team. Bangalore, hybrid (2 days onsite).
What you’ll do
- Lead chip‑level floorplanning and macro placement
- Architect and implement complex Power Delivery Networks
- Perform IR‑drop and Electromigration analysis and propose fixes
- Collaborate with RTL and Architecture teams on PPA trade‑offs
- Develop best‑practice methodologies and automated flows
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years physical design experience
- Tape‑outs at 7nm/5nm/3nm nodes
- Proficiency with Innovus or IC Compiler II
- Expertise in PDN modeling and multi‑voltage domains
- Advanced Tcl/Python/Perl scripting

B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
