What you’ll do
- Lead design, development, and deployment of complex Tableau dashboards
- Partner with senior business stakeholders to define analytics requirements
- Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability
- Architect data models, sources, and Tableau extracts
- Ensure data governance, quality, and consistency
- Collaborate with data engineering to build robust pipelines
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices
- Document data definitions, architecture, and standards
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years Tableau development experience
- Advanced proficiency with Tableau Desktop, Server or Cloud
- Strong SQL skills with large-scale relational databases
- Experience in data modeling, ETL, and data architecture
- Proven stakeholder engagement and communication
