• Design and develop complex Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions
• Translate business analytics requirements into scalable data solutions
• Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability
• Architect data models, sources, and Tableau extracts
• Ensure data governance, quality, and consistency
• Collaborate with data engineering to build robust pipelines
• Mentor junior developers and promote visualization best practices
• Document data definitions, architecture, and standards

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years Tableau development experience
• Advanced proficiency with Tableau Desktop and Server/Cloud
• Strong SQL skills with large relational databases
• Experience in data modeling and ETL processes
• Ability to work with cross‑functional senior stakeholders
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills

Nice to have

• Tableau Certification (e.g., Certified Data Analyst)
• Experience with Python or R
• Background in procurement, manufacturing, or supply chain
• Agile methodology experience
