About the role

Market Data, Business Risk and Controls Reporting team at Citi builds enterprise‑scale BI solutions for risk and regulatory reporting. The Senior Tableau Lead drives a team of Tableau developers to design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards and analytics using Tableau, SQL, and Big Data/Oracle back‑ends, ensuring data quality and timely delivery. Pune, hybrid work model with on‑site collaboration as needed.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and analytics
• Design data models and perform data validation and mapping
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate new systems
• Manage Tableau Server administration tasks
• Lead and mentor junior Tableau developers

What you’ll bring

• 13+ years enterprise BI development
• 13+ years Tableau Desktop expertise
• Strong data mart/warehouse design experience
• Hands‑on SQL and complex query writing
• Team lead experience

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Tableau Server administration
• Experience with Starburst and Hyper API
• Knowledge of TabPy and Data Management
• Exposure to Python for Tableau Hyper API
• Certified Tableau Desktop Specialist or Data Analyst
