About the role
AI & Data Engineering – Insights & Analytics team at Brillio builds data-driven solutions for enterprise insights. The Senior Lead BI Engineer designs, builds, and maintains high‑performance Tableau dashboards and executive reports, while developing Python data pipelines for analytics and automation. Hybrid role based in Bangalore or Pune, with occasional onsite collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards
- Create Python scripts for data cleaning and feature engineering
- Extract and model data from cloud warehouses using SQL
- Automate reporting pipelines and schedule refreshes
- Implement row‑level security and data governance
- Optimize performance of Tableau workbooks and Python code
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver insights
- Maintain version control and code reviews
