About the role
AI & Data Engineering – Insights & Analytics team at Brillio builds enterprise analytics platforms enabling data-driven decisions. The Senior Lead BI Engineer will administer Tableau Server and Cloud, integrate Snowflake data sources, and ensure platform stability, security, and performance. Hybrid work across Bangalore, Chennai, and Pune, collaborating with data engineers and business users to deliver governed analytics solutions.
What you’ll do
- Administer and scale Tableau Server/Cloud environments
- Configure TSM, SSO, SAML, and row-level security
- Monitor platform health, perform backups and disaster recovery
- Manage user access, permissions, and licensing
- Optimize dashboard performance and SQL queries
- Collaborate with data engineering for Snowflake integration
- Develop governance standards and provide user support
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years IT experience
- Hands-on Tableau Administration in enterprise environments
- Strong SQL skills and Snowflake experience
- AWS cloud platform knowledge
- Experience with Tableau Server and Cloud
- Familiarity with Tableau Services Manager and REST API
- Ability to manage security, governance, and performance
