What you’ll do
- Lead and mentor a high‑performing engineering team
- Define technical roadmap for AI‑native SaaS products
- Architect scalable, secure, multi‑tenant cloud services
- Integrate LLMs and AI governance frameworks
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST AI RMF
- Drive reliability through SRE practices and observability
- Collaborate with product, security, and GRC stakeholders
- Optimize cloud costs and platform efficiency
What you’ll bring
- 12+ years software engineering
- 4+ years engineering management
- Experience building enterprise SaaS platforms
- Expertise in Generative AI and LLMs
- Strong knowledge of cloud‑native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Hands‑on with Kubernetes and microservices
- Implement security, governance, compliance controls
