- Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams

- Partner with architects, product leaders, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and governance standards
- Manage resource allocation and budget for strategic initiatives
- Promote engineering excellence and DevOps practices
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years software engineering experience
- 3+ years management or leadership experience
- Expert-level Python development
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI frameworks
