What you’ll bring
- 9+ years software engineering experience
- 2+ years managing engineers
- Hands‑on with LLM inference stack (TensorRT‑LLM, vLLM, SGLang)
- GPU kernel tuning and quantization expertise
- Distributed training frameworks (PyTorch FSDP, DeepSpeed, Megatron, Ray)
- Running GPU fleets on Kubernetes/GKE
- Big‑data streaming (Spark, Flink)
- Proficiency in Python and systems languages (C++, Go, Rust)
Education
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
