About the role

As a Principal Engineer in Embedded Hardware, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to design, develop and deliver high‑speed hardware platforms, overseeing the full lifecycle from concept through prototype manufacturing while managing schedules, budgets and risk. Bangalore, hybrid work model with on‑site collaboration, reporting to senior leadership.
What you’ll do
- Lead and mentor hardware engineering team
- Define architecture and component selection
- Manage project schedules, budgets and risk
- Coordinate with software, mechanical and firmware groups
- Oversee prototype manufacturing and validation
- Conduct trade‑off analyses and feasibility studies
- Ensure compliance with IVVQ processes
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices
