What you’ll do
- Develop embedded firmware stack for networking devices
- Design and implement device drivers for host OS
- Integrate firmware into Ethernovia SDK
- Perform unit and system testing of firmware
- Ensure compliance with functional safety standards
What you’ll bring
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of embedded firmware experience
- Proficient in C/C++ programming
- Experience with Ethernet communication devices
- Knowledge of safety standards (MISRA, ISO26262)
- Strong debugging and compiler skills (GNU, uboot)
- Experience with hardware buses (I2C, SPI, USB)
- Familiarity with version control (Git, Perforce)
- Understanding of automotive protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet MAC)
- Experience with bootloaders and low-level integration
Nice to have
- Python programming experience
- Simulation and emulation platform knowledge
- Video processing standards familiarity
- Digital Signal Processing (DSP) experience
- Bootloader development (uboot or similar)
