About the role

RSM US seeks an Assurance Supervisor for Life Sciences to lead audit engagements, build client relationships, and develop associate talent in a collaborative environment.

What you’ll do

Provide high-quality client service to diverse companies
Build strong relationships with engagement teams
Understand client needs, industry, GAAP/GAAS issues
Apply RSM US audit methodology and tools
Perform audit procedures and document work
Identify risk areas and discuss solutions
Research technical accounting issues
Develop industry expertise
Prepare audit reports and management letters
Exercise professional skepticism and ethics
Ensure documentation meets quality standards
Collaborate with audit professionals
Supervise and train associates
Own tasks and deliverables for service excellence
Coordinate audit work plan and deliverables
Understand RSM US and Delivery Center capabilities
Promote professional development through education
Participate in projects and cross-team collaboration
Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving
Oversee senior associates and associates

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's in Commerce
Qualified CA/ACCA/CPA
6+ years relevant experience
Strong technical accounting skills (GAAP, GAAS)
Strong multi-tasking and project management

Nice to have

Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
Experience in Life Sciences industry
