About the role

What you’ll do
- Deliver client service to diverse companies

- Apply RSM audit methodology and tools
- Perform audit procedures and document work
- Identify risk areas and discuss solutions
- Research technical accounting issues
- Develop industry expertise and audit reports
- Exercise professional skepticism and ethics
- Ensure documentation meets quality standards
- Collaborate and communicate with audit professionals
- Supervise and train associates
- Own tasks and deliverables for service excellence
- Coordinate audit work plans and client deliverables
- Support integrated service delivery across RSM US and Delivery Center
- Promote ongoing professional development
- Participate in projects and collaborate across teams
- Demonstrate critical thinking and timely completion
- Oversee senior associates and associate training
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's in Commerce
- Chartered Accountant / ACCA / CPA qualification
- 6+ years relevant experience (or 4-5 years with CA/ACCA/CPA)
- Strong GAAP/GAAS accounting skills
- Excellent multi-tasking and project management
- Proficient English communication
Nice to have
- Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint data analysis skills
- Experience in Life Sciences industry
