About the role

Assurance Services team at RSM US Integrated Services India provides audit and assurance solutions to middle‑market clients. The Assurance Supervisor leads audit engagements, performs risk assessments, oversees testing, and mentors junior staff while ensuring compliance with GAAP and GAAS. Bengaluru, Karnataka, India – on‑site role with relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Lead audit engagements and develop audit work plans
• Perform audit procedures and document findings per RSM methodology
• Identify risk areas and advise engagement teams on resolutions
• Prepare audit reports and management letters
• Supervise and train associates and senior associates
• Develop industry expertise, particularly in TMT sector
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated services

What you’ll bring

• 6+ years relevant experience (non‑qualified)
• 4+ years relevant experience (CA qualified)
• 5+ years relevant experience (ACCA/CPA qualified)
• Strong technical accounting skills (GAAP, GAAS)
• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Project management and multitasking ability
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
