About the role

RSM US Integrated Services India offers a leading assurance role for Construction & Government Contracting. The Assurance Supervisor 1 leads audit engagements, delivering high‑quality client service across diverse industries. Responsibilities include applying RSM US audit methodology, performing audit procedures, documenting work, identifying risk, researching technical accounting, preparing reports, and supervising associates. The role requires strong accounting knowledge (GAAP/GAAS), multi‑tasking, project management, and excellent English communication. Candidates should hold a Bachelor in Commerce, be a qualified Chartered Accountant, ACCA, or CPA, or have 6+ years of relevant experience. Preferred skills include advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and industry experience in Construction & Government Contracting. RSM values teamwork, professional skepticism, and continuous learning. The position is on‑site in Gurugram, India, with a full‑time commitment.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor Commerce
• CA +4 yrs exp OR ACCA/CPA +5 yrs exp OR non-qualified +6+ yrs exp
• Strong technical accounting skills GAAP GAAS
• Strong multi-tasking & project management
• Excellent verbal & written English communication

Nice to have

• Strong data analytics: advanced Excel Vlookups pivot tables, Word PowerPoint
• Experience in Construction & Government Contracting industry
