About the role

Assurance team at BPM India delivers high‑quality financial statement audits for diverse clients. The Supervisor leads engagement teams through planning, testing and reporting, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and GAAS while managing client relationships. Bengaluru, hybrid work model, with occasional onsite client visits.

What you’ll do

• Lead and supervise external audit engagements from planning to completion
• Analyze financial statements for compliance and identify audit issues
• Motivate and develop audit seniors and associates
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high‑quality deliverables
• Collaborate with managers to allocate audit staff effectively

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years post‑qualification experience in public accounting
• Chartered Accountant or CPA
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and GAAS
• 1+ years supervisory experience
• Proficient Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to manage multiple audit engagements
