About the role
RSM US seeks an Assurance Supervisor to deliver high‑quality audit services in Life Sciences, focusing on client engagement, risk assessment, and team development.
What you’ll do
- Provide timely, high quality client service
- Develop strong working relationships with teams
- Understand client needs, industry, GAAP/GAAS issues
- Demonstrate RSM US audit approach and tools
- Perform audit procedures per methodology
- Identify risk areas and discuss solutions
- Research technical accounting issues
- Develop industry expertise
- Prepare audit reports and management letters
- Exercise professional skepticism and ethics
- Ensure documentation meets quality standards
- Collaborate and communicate with audit professionals
- Provide supervision and development training for associates
- Own tasks and deliverables for service excellence
- Coordinate audit work plan and deliverables
- Understand RSM US and Delivery Center capabilities
- Ensure professional development through ongoing education
- Participate in projects and collaborate across teams
- Demonstrate critical thinking and timely completion
- Provide oversight to senior associates and associates
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's in Commerce
- Qualified CA/ACCA/CPA
- 6+ years relevant experience
- CA qualified +4 years experience
- ACCA/CPA qualified +5 years experience
- Strong GAAP/GAAS technical skills
- Strong multitasking & project management
- Excellent English communication
Nice to have
- Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
- Experience in Life Sciences industry
