Senior Specialist HRIS

About the role

HR Technology team at Hershey drives the management and continuous improvement of HR systems. The Senior Specialist HRIS translates stakeholder requirements into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions, oversees integrations, and administers system configurations while ensuring data governance and security. Remote work from Mumbai, India, with a focus on optimizing annual processes like Open Enrollment and enhancing employee experience through automation.

What you’ll do

• Act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to design scalable HRIS solutions
• Partner with cross‑functional groups to support end‑to‑end system delivery for annual processes
• Configure, test, validate, and ensure go‑live readiness of HRIS changes
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly
• Administer system settings, user access, and role‑based permissions
• Manage system updates, enhancements, and releases with minimal disruption
• Develop documentation, training materials, and user guidance
• Identify and implement automation and process improvements

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• 3+ years HRIS experience
• Hands‑on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience with HR system integrations and vendor interfaces
• Proven ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills for data validation and reconciliation
• Demonstrated success in process improvement and automation
• Effective communication with technical and non‑technical audiences
