What you’ll do
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Talent and Analytics modules
- Gather requirements and manage HR technology project documentation
- Translate business needs into scalable HR solutions
- Troubleshoot system, process, and integration issues
- Support end‑to‑end solution delivery, testing, and post‑go‑live support
- Maintain platform administration, user access, and role‑based permissions
- Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce manual work
- Assist with annual and year‑end HR processes
What you’ll bring
- 1+ years HRIS or HR technology experience
- Hands‑on SAP SuccessFactors configuration
- Experience with HR system integrations and data feeds
- Strong analytical and data validation skills
- Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration
