What you’ll do

Act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to design scalable HRIS solutions
Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end system implementations and go‑live readiness
Administer HR platforms, manage user access, role permissions, and system updates
Develop documentation, training materials, and user guidance
Identify and implement automation and process improvements across HR systems

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business or related field
3+ years HRIS experience
Hands‑on experience configuring and supporting HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
Experience with HR system integrations and vendor interfaces

Nice to have

Proven ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical skills for data validation and reconciliation
Experience driving process improvement and automation
