About the role
Atomgrid’s Finance team drives the company’s mission to revolutionize specialty chemicals through lean, R&D‑driven operations. As Senior Finance Associate, you will own day‑to‑day accounting, ERP maintenance, and statutory compliance, ensuring clean books and timely closures in a fast‑paced startup. Based in Bangalore, you’ll work onsite with the core finance squad, contributing to the foundation of Atomgrid’s financial infrastructure.
What you’ll do
- Manage day‑to‑day accounting and finance operations
- Maintain accurate books in ERP and ensure financial hygiene
- Handle domestic & international payments and bank reconciliations
- Manage vendor invoices, customer invoicing, and ledger reconciliations
- Ensure timely statutory compliance and support monthly closures
- Maintain audit‑ready books and coordinate with auditors/consultants
What you’ll bring
- 2–5 years accounting/finance ops
- Strong accounting knowledge
- ERP experience
- Bank/payment/journal entries
- AP/AR & reconciliations
- GST/TDS/PF/ESIC/PTAX compliance
- Microsoft Dynamics ERP
