Responsibilities include liaising with portfolio company finance teams to identify investment opportunities, developing strategic partner lists, coordinating funding sources, and structuring long‑term financing agreements. The associate will assess market and internal factors, prepare financial investment plans, conduct due diligence, and produce performance reports. They will also manage loan documentation, maintain lender relationships, and ensure compliance with risk and investment guidelines. Strong analytical, valuation, and relationship‑management skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate complex financial information to senior stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Liaise with portfolio company finance teams to identify investment opportunities
