Associate/Senior Associate, Corporate Development

About the role

Business Development at Digantara Research and Technologies, a space surveillance and intelligence leader, drives inorganic growth through M&A, strategic investments, and partnerships. The Associate/Senior Associate supports the full transaction lifecycle—from target identification and valuation to due diligence, negotiation, and integration—while preparing investment memorandums and board materials. Based in Hebbal, Bengaluru, this on-site role works closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders to advance Digantara’s market position.

What you’ll do

• Support target identification, valuation, and due diligence
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses
• Conduct market and competitive research
• Prepare investment memorandums and board materials
• Coordinate diligence across legal, commercial, technical, and financial workstreams
• Assist capital‑raising initiatives and investor communications
• Maintain visibility into M&A pipeline and strategic opportunities
