About the role
EMEA Regional Finance Team at KKR provides strategic finance partnership across the region, delivering budgets, forecasts, and financial insights. The Senior Analyst/Associate prepares management reporting packs, supports quarterly forecasts, and drives process improvements using Excel, Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud. Gurugram, India, on-site, full-time role with collaboration across London and US finance teams.
What you’ll do
- Prepare and review quarterly EMEA management reporting packs
- Support annual budgets, forecasts and long‑range financial models
- Perform variance analysis and provide commentary for senior leadership
- Assist month‑end and year‑end close, journal entries and reconciliations
- Coordinate statutory filings and audit support across EMEA entities
- Develop dashboards and analytical models to improve expense visibility
- Drive automation and process improvements in finance reporting
- Collaborate with global finance teams and deal partners
What you’ll bring
- Chartered Accountant qualification
- ~5 years post‑qualified experience in FP&A or financial control
- Experience with management reporting and budgeting
- Advanced Excel including Power Query and VBA
- Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud proficiency
- Experience with month‑end and year‑end close under GAAP/IFRS
- Tax compliance coordination (VAT, corporation tax)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
