About the role

People Analytics (Analytics Business Partnering) at Adobe drives people insights for strategic decisions across India’s large workforce. The Senior Manager leads a small analyst team to translate senior leader priorities into rigorous analyses, ensure high‑quality outputs, and partner with global People Analytics, BI, Data Science and Workforce Strategy functions. Based in Bangalore and Noida, on‑site work model with hybrid collaboration as needed.

What you’ll do

• Build trusted relationships with senior EX and business leaders in India
• Translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical plans
• Lead analyses combining people data, external research and business context
• Ensure integrity and rigor of analytical outputs from the team
• Manage and develop a small team of analysts
• Coordinate team priorities with internal client needs and roadmap
• Contribute to global People Analytics initiatives and knowledge sharing
• Partner with BI, Data Science, Research and Workforce Strategy sub‑functions

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years People Analytics experience
• 2-3 years people leadership role
• Proficiency in statistical methods and quantitative analysis
• Strong data storytelling and visualization skills
• Ability to influence senior executives with insights
• Experience integrating AI responsibly in people data
• Cross‑functional collaboration with global teams
• Understanding of HR landscape and workforce trends
