About the role
IG Group's Corporate Actions team seeks an Associate Analyst to ensure accurate processing of corporate action events, dividends, and reconciliations. This hybrid role in Bangalore involves system updates, client communication, and shift-based operations. The position is a 6-month fixed-term contract.
What you’ll do
- Process mandatory and voluntary Corporate Action events
- Send client emails regarding event elections
- Collate client instructions and prepare bookings
- Post client dividends and reconcile synthetic dividends
- Handle client and helpdesk queries
- Process stock transfers
- Update internal systems accurately
- Resolve reconciliation issues
