About the role

S&P Global Market Intelligence’s Managed Corporate Actions team seeks an Associate to validate and enrich corporate action data for global financial markets. The role involves researching announcements, resolving exceptions, and supporting client inquiries to ensure accurate investment decision-making. This full-time position is based in Gurugram, Haryana.

What you’ll do

• Review corporate action announcements and conduct research to validate composite records
• Interface with agents, custodian banks, and exchange officials to obtain details
• Research and resolve daily exception reports
• Support clients’ inquiries regarding market nuances
• Contribute to user acceptance testing and special projects
• Collaborate with global teams to improve procedures and quality

What you’ll bring

• 2-6 years of Corporate Actions experience
• Strong research and data mining skills
• In-depth knowledge of Equities and Fixed income markets
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills preferred
• Basic to intermediate understanding of AI tools
