About the role

Based in Pune, India, this is an on-site position with relocation support.
What you’ll do
- Run and support weekly product development standups
- Organize and maintain work in Linear
- Prepare work items for leadership review
- Support backlog grooming and planning hygiene
- Identify execution gaps and follow up on blockers
- Build repeatable operating cadences and templates
- Improve tooling stack (Linear, GitHub, Notion, Slack)
- Maintain internal product documentation and communication artifacts
