What you’ll do

Execute complex corporate action processes and support the Team Manager
Identify and mitigate process risks, proposing improvements
Train team members, allocate tasks, and handle first‑line escalations
Validate corporate action events with agents and clients
Perform extensive reviews and notifications of corporate actions
Reconcile corporate actions and coupons
Prioritize key risks and identify potential loss‑making breaks
Collaborate with IT on control enhancements and system testing

What you’ll bring

4 years relevant experience
Comprehensive knowledge of functional area and operational/compliance policies
Ability to operate independently
Experience with corporate actions preferred
Familiarity with third‑party information providers such as Xcitek, Bloomberg, SWIFT
