About the role

Managed Corporate Actions team at S&P Global provides validated corporate action data for equities and fixed income. The Associate validates and enriches security reference data, monitors vendor feeds, resolves discrepancies, and supports onboarding and automation initiatives. Gurugram office, on-site work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Validate and maintain corporate actions and security reference data across multiple asset classes
• Monitor domestic and international corporate action announcements and vendor feeds
• Perform data validation, research, enrichment, and quality checks
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and client queries
• Coordinate with internal teams, technology partners, and external vendors
• Support onboarding activities, process improvements, and automation initiatives

What you’ll bring

• 5 years relevant experience
• Background in Finance, Economics or Business
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills
• Knowledge of equities and fixed income
• Research and data mining expertise

Nice to have

• Knowledge of VBA or Python preferred
• Experience with corporate actions or reference data preferred
• Familiarity with ISO/Swift feeds preferred
• Experience partnering with technology counterparts
