Senior Principal Product Manager, Enterprise

What you’ll do

• Own end‑to‑end charters for the Away Team and Enterprise Reporting across multiple codebases
• Define product vision, roadmap and success criteria for enterprise‑grade reporting
• Partner with engineering, UX, solutions and go‑to‑market teams in Bengaluru and US
• Navigate competing roadmaps and hold delivery accountable across teams
• Represent large restaurant customers in executive roadmap discussions
• Drive cross‑codebase delivery and ensure contractual commitments are met
• Contribute to enterprise strategy and long‑range planning
• Advocate for AI tools to accelerate product discovery and execution

What you’ll bring

• 15+ years product management experience
• 5+ years enterprise/B2B SaaS product ownership
• Track record of cross‑team delivery without direct authority
• Experience owning analytics/reporting or data platform products
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Ability to maintain US Eastern Time overlap (5:30‑9:30 PM IST)
• Background in restaurant/hospitality technology preferred
• Experience with India‑based engineering teams
