About the role
Qualys seeks a Senior Principal Product Manager to lead core capabilities of the Enterprise TruRisk Management platform. The role focuses on building scalable, data-driven features across risk prioritization, ROC workflows, reporting, analytics, and AI-driven experiences. Responsibilities include owning roadmap, defining end-to-end workflows, translating complex cybersecurity concepts into product requirements, driving platform-first design, embedding AI capabilities, building integrations with ServiceNow, Jira, CMDBs, CSPMs, and vulnerability scanners, partnering with customers and field teams, and addressing foundational gaps in data integrity and workflow effectiveness. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of product management experience, deep technical expertise in platform or cybersecurity products, strong platform mindset, hands-on engineering collaboration, and excellent communication skills.
What you’ll do
- Own roadmap and execution for ETM core modules: ROC workflows, reporting
- Define and build end-to-end workflows for risk triage, remediation, decision-making
- Translate cybersecurity concepts into product requirements, workflows
- Work with engineering and UX to define requirements, sprints, validate features
- Drive design across data models, correlation, integrations, workflow orchestration
- Identify opportunities to embed AI and agentic capabilities into ETM workflows
- Build and refine integrations with ServiceNow, Jira, CMDBs, vulnerability scanners
- Partner with customers, SMEs, field teams to validate requirements, iterate quickly
- Identify and address gaps in data integrity, findings correlation, effectiveness
What you’ll bring
- 10+ yrs product management or technical product roles
- Strong experience building platform or cybersecurity products with technical
- Strong understanding of at least two: Vulnerability Management, Risk, Cloud, SOC
- Strong platform mindset with data models, workflows, integrations, systems
- Hands-on with engineering on requirements, trade-offs, execution
- Strong IC influence on globally distributed teams
- Excellent communication, work closely with US-based teams
