About the role

The Senior Manager Service Delivery Manager leads enterprise‑scale IT Managed Services, designs delivery frameworks, drives continuous service improvement and vendor governance, and partners with CXO‑level leaders to align technology with business goals. What you’ll do
- Design and institutionalize service delivery frameworks and governance models
- Drive Continuous Service Improvement programs
- Apply Site Reliability Engineering principles to improve resilience
- Optimize ITIL‑based incident, problem, and change management processes
- Bridge delivery, architecture, and business priorities
- Govern vendor SLAs/KPIs and ensure commercial alignment
- Engage CXO‑level stakeholders to influence strategic outcomes
- Lead large‑scale managed services transformations
What you’ll bring
- 12+ years experience
- 10+ years leading enterprise‑scale IT Managed Services
- ITIL certification (Foundation or higher)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Nice to have
- 8+ years Service Delivery Management and SIAM experience
- Managing large, complex, distributed service environments
