About the role

What you’ll do

• Achieve regional Debt Management Services targets
• Monitor cost and PI targets within limits
• Ensure legal compliance across agencies
• Oversee fraud detection and loss prevention
• Maintain adequate field presence and productivity
• Handle customer escalations and policy feedback
• Recruit and evaluate area managers and officers
• Coordinate legal and police support mechanisms

What you’ll bring

• 6-7 years experience in retail Debt Management Services
• Proven track record meeting debt service targets
• Knowledge of legal guidelines and compliance
• Ability to monitor and prevent fraudulent practices
• Experience managing recruitment and team performance
