About the role
BLG – Regional Business Head – Emerging Enterprise Group (EEG) at MSME Business leads the strategic growth and financial health of high‑value SMEs with turnover over ₹100 Cr. The role drives portfolio profitability, fee‑based product adoption, and cross‑functional collaboration with credit, operations, risk, IT, and compliance teams to deliver tailored lending solutions. Based in New Delhi, the position is on‑site with a focus on expanding business into new regions and maintaining portfolio quality.
What you’ll do
- Lead and manage financial health of SMEs
- Drive portfolio profitability and revenue growth
- Promote fee‑based products (CMS, TFx, EXIM)
- Develop growth strategies across geographies
- Ensure compliance with covenants and audits
- Maintain portfolio quality and manage SMA & NPAC
- Collaborate with credit, operations, risk, IT, and compliance teams
- Present credit proposals to sanctioning authorities
