About the role

BLG - Regional Head - Rising Enterprise Group (REG) leads the Regional Business Lending Group’s expansion into MSME markets across Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. The role drives portfolio growth, channel development, and compliance for businesses with turnover up to INR 30 Cr, managing a team of relationship managers and cross‑functional partners. On‑site in Coimbatore with a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

What you’ll do

Drive portfolio growth and revenue targets
Build and manage channel sales networks
Lead a team of relationship managers
Develop and execute business plans
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
Monitor portfolio health and NPA control
Engage with credit, operations, risk, IT, and compliance teams
Establish performance metrics and review processes

What you’ll bring

12-15 years experience in MSME lending
Strong knowledge of Indian banking regulations
Proven track record in portfolio management
Experience building channel sales networks
Leadership of cross‑functional teams
Strategic planning and execution
Compliance and risk management expertise
Financial analysis and reporting

Nice to have

Graduate or Post Graduate degree
