About the role

The ServiceNow CMDB Asset Management Specialist ensures accurate lifecycle management of IT assets and configuration data in ServiceNow, collaborates with developers and architects, and leads remediation of CMDB health issues. Hyderabad, Bangalore, or Pune, hybrid work model, with focus on ITIL-aligned processes and data-driven decision making.
What you’ll do
- Own end‑to‑end lifecycle of CIs and assets in the CMDB
- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, solution architects, and integration teams
- Monitor, analyze, and report CMDB health metrics
- Lead remediation efforts for data gaps and compliance
- Support ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations
What you’ll bring
- 8-10 years ServiceNow CMDB experience
- Strong hands‑on expertise with ServiceNow Discovery and integrations
- ITIL v3/v4 knowledge and process implementation
- Experience with IT Asset Management and configuration management
- Proficiency in data quality analysis and remediation
Nice to have
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
- ITIL v3 or v4 certification
