About the role

The ServiceNow CMDB Asset Management Specialist, Tech Lead, ensures accurate lifecycle management of IT assets and configuration data in ServiceNow, collaborates with developers and architects, and leads remediation of CMDB health issues. Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, India, hybrid (3 days onsite).
What you’ll do
- Own end‑to‑end CI and asset lifecycle in CMDB
- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, architects, and integration teams
- Monitor, analyze, and report CMDB health metrics
- Support ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations
What you’ll bring
- 4-8 years ServiceNow CMDB experience
- Hands‑on ServiceNow platform expertise
