Business Intelligence Analyst I

About the role

Teleperformance seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst I to support data-driven decisions across the organization. The analyst will gather, blend, and analyze business intelligence data from industry reports, public sources, and internal field reports to uncover trends and inform product and business strategies. Working closely with Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service teams, the analyst models potential outcomes of new initiatives and recommends actionable insights. The role requires independent execution of established standards, continuous process improvement, and occasional leadership of junior analysts. Candidates should possess a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in BI tools, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
